Since joining Panasonic R&D Center Singapore, I have been primarily working on security, surveillance and face sensing technologies such as face detection, face identification, eye tracking, driver sensing and person re-identification.
In my previous job assignments, I dabbled in augmented reality, human motion capture, video coding techniques and teaching.
Working in Panasonic gives me a platform to work on cutting-edge research areas as well as an opportunity to make innovative contribution to products. I am excited to work in all different aspects of deep learning for security and surveillance applications such as low-complexity deep models, multi-tasked deep models for edge devices, extreme classification, data and model forensics and system-level solutions.
